What condition are items in? | Unless noted otherwise, all our inventory is vintage or pre-loved – we believe this is what makes these pieces special. As such, signs of aging and / or wear from their previous life should be expected. The condition of each item is noted in the item description, with photos forming part of the description. While notable imperfections are flagged, minor signs of use / age should be expected. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you’d like to have a closer look at any items. |
What does it mean when a stone table is ‘refinished’? | Where the surface of a stone table we've sourced shows significant wear, we have a professional stone mason resurface the table-top for us, to bring it back to life. This involves the stone mason removing any coating, honing back to raw stone and finishing it with a penetrating sealer, leaving the table-top with an as-new look and feel. |
How can I view an item? | Our inventory can be viewed by appointment at our studio in Bronte NSW or virtually. We're also happy to answer any questions you may have and share additional photos / video, just get in touch via our contact page. |
How much does it cost to deliver a marble / travertine table? | Delivery fees are not included in the purchase price of our inventory and will depend on the size and weight of the item and your location and access. We can connect you with local (NSW) movers and movers that operate along the Australian east coast. Alternatively, you’re welcome to source your own transport. We’ll work with you to organize a mutually agreeable time for collection of your purchase, noting that all tables are to be collected within 10 days of purchase unless agreed otherwise. No responsibility or liability is taken for items once they’re uplifted by your chosen mover. If you have any concerns in this regard, please discuss insurance options with your chosen mover. Delivery to the Sydney metro area generally ranges from $150 to $300, depending on the size of the item, your location and access. |
How are smaller items shipped? | Postage and courier fees are not included in the purchase price of our inventory these will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the parcel. Depending on the nature of the item, smaller items will be posted or delivered by courier. No responsibility or liability is taken for items once they’re posted or collected by the courier. Insurance is included in the postage /courier fee. Items are generally dispatched within a week of full payment being received, however please let us know if you need an item urgently. |
Can I self-collect? | Self-collection is welcome. Our studio is located in Bronte, NSW and is open by appointment. No responsibility or liability is taken for items once they’re uplifted. |
Can I return my item? | Please take the time to read the item descriptions provided, including photos. All items are vintage, may show signs of age / use, and are sold as is. We do not accept change of mind returns. |
